The Project Coordinator will manage transactional and small customer orders, collaborating with internal teams to deliver technical solutions and ensuring a smooth transition for customers post-signup.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and service delivery partners to deliver technical solutions to clients
- Able to manage a high volume of transactional orders
- Develop and manage milestones using Smartsheet to track progress and ensure timely completion
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Analyze project performance using relevant tools and techniques
- Manage changes to project scope and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference
- Provide support to senior Implementation Specialists as needed
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, project management, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of colocation and network solutions
- Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for overcoming obstacles
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures
- Self-motivated, confident, and inquisitive with a 'get things done' attitude
- Ability to travel occasionally (may vary)
- Other training and experience may be substituted for the job requirements at the manager's discretion
- Bachelor's Degree
