Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice that customers encounter first when reaching out for HVAC services. - Hourly Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of everything we do. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 1-3 years of proven customer service experience
- 1-3 years of HVAC dispatcher experience (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of dispatching concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar
- Exceptional phone skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
