On behalf of our Client, a British consulting branch of a global company, e are seeking purpose-driven professionals who are experienced in driving Organizational Change Management as a part of large international digital transformations. Their goal is to deliver a world class customer experience by realizing commitment to the transformation programs, true adoption to the new ways of working and with that ensure the transformations reaches their intended goals and ROI.
About your role:
Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex, global IT transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics)
Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations, with a first rate client network
Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions
Design, develop and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients’ change programmes
Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities
Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and new tool development
Requirements
6-10 years consulting experience at a senior level (must-have)
Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation
Experience in Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in and English and additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are an advantage
Project-related mobility (EMEA) and willingness to travel (50-80% of time)
