Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Premium Member Services Concierge to join our elite team at the arenaflex Premium Lounge at IAH Airport. In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex to our most valued members, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional service that defines the arenaflex experience. As a Member Services Professional (MSP) at our Premium Lounge, you will work as part of a cohesive team to elevate our members' experiences and fulfill the brand promise that sets arenaflex apart from all others. Our MSPs are highly skilled and motivated professionals who provide travel assistance, account support, concierge services, and lifestyle guidance to arenaflex card members. Acting as trusted advisors, our team members tailor our products and services to meet members' local needs while deepening their relationship with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
As an essential member of our Premium Lounge team, you will be responsible for:
- Warm Welcome & Access: Greeting our valued members upon arrival and providing seamless access to the Premium Lounge facilities, ensuring a seamless and welcoming first impression that sets the tone for their entire experience.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Taking complete accountability for the member's journey from arrival to departure, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations and creates lasting positive memories.
- Problem Resolution & Brand Loyalty: Developing creative solutions to address members' concerns or issues, transforming challenges into opportunities to win brand loyalty and create passionate advocates for arenaflex.
- Member-First Service Philosophy: Applying our "Member First" approach in every interaction, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations while meeting members' requirements with attentiveness and care.
- Concierge & Lifestyle Recommendations: Providing personalized concierge services and lifestyle suggestions, including dining recommendations, local attractions, entertainment options, and exclusive experiences available to premium members.
- Travel Assistance: Offering travel advice and providing reservation assistance for flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements while helping members maximize their travel benefits.
- Partnership Coordination: Collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate members' culinary preferences and ensure their comfort during their visit.
- Technology Utilization: Effectively using various technology platforms and systems to access member information, process requests, and provide real-time assistance while maintaining a personal touch.
- Continuous Adaptation: Remaining flexible and resilient in our always-changing environment, embracing new technologies, procedures, and member preferences as they evolve.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in serving premium or high-net-worth clients in a luxury service environment.
- Prior experience in airlines, airport lounges, or the travel industry, including reservation systems and member service operations.
- Genuine passion for delivering proactive solutions that anticipate member needs before they arise.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to charm and engage members through every interaction.
- Strong active listening abilities that enable you to understand member needs and provide tailored recommendations that result in high satisfaction rates.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, as the lounge environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented.
- Quick decision-making skills to handle unexpected circumstances while always prioritizing the member's experience.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms and systems while maintaining eye contact and personal engagement with members.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by our 24/7 operation.
- Physical capability for light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks.
