Position Overview
Are you ready to be the voice of innovation? We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Premier Service Consultant to join our growing team in a hybrid work environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent arenaflex while delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to customers across the nation.
As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be on the front lines of customer interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer perceptions, driving satisfaction, and introducing our comprehensive suite of voice, internet, wireless, and technology services to customers who rely on us to stay connected to what matters most.
This hybrid position offers the perfect balance between collaborative in-center work and remote flexibility. You'll report to our state-of-the-art facility at 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082, working on-site 3-4 days per week and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. This arrangement allows you to benefit from team collaboration while enjoying the flexibility of home-based work.
What You'll Do
As a vital member of our customer experience team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition: Assist prospective customers in understanding and selecting the right voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices that perfectly match their needs and lifestyle
- Sales Excellence: Identify upsell opportunities and provide personalized recommendations for the latest technology, services, and offers while meeting monthly sales targets
- Customer Support: Address existing customer needs including billing inquiries, payment processing, plan modifications, device upgrades, and technical support troubleshooting
- Problem Resolution: Deliver effective and timely resolutions for customer concerns, ensuring each interaction results in a positive experience
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for network-related issues spanning internet, voice, and data services; escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support when necessary
- System Utilization: Navigate multiple tools and systems to maintain accurate customer records, process service requests, and document interactions
- Product Education: Expertly explain customer bills, rate plans, features, and the full range of arenaflex products and services in clear, understandable terms
- Cross-Functional Support: May be cross-trained to handle collections, retention efforts, billing adjustments, sales channel coordination, and advanced technical support based on business needs

Essential Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
- Strong sales acumen and comfort with meeting daily and monthly sales goals
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling calls, chats, emails, and other interaction types
- Comfortable with occasional overtime as required by business demands
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with multiple systems and tools while maintaining attention to detail
Work From Home Requirements:
- Verified internet service that is secure, reliable, and provides dedicated high-speed connectivity to support business operations
- An established, dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection)
- Workspace that aligns with WFH standards regarding technical requirements, security protocols, physical setup, noise levels, and Clean Desk policy
- Willingness to participate in workspace audits including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and workspace setup verification
- Accountability to maintain availability during established work schedules, follow technical support processes, and comply with organizational security and compliance standards
Compensation & Earnings Potential
We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. As a Premier Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Competitive Weekly Base Pay: Earn between $600.00 - $696.50 per week based on experience and location
- Commission Potential: Up to $36,000 annually in commissions when sales goals are met
- Individual Starting Salary: Determined by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training

Work Environment & Culture
