Position Overview

Are you ready to be the voice of innovation? We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Premier Service Consultant to join our growing team in a hybrid work environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent arenaflex while delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to customers across the nation.

As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you'll be on the front lines of customer interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer perceptions, driving satisfaction, and introducing our comprehensive suite of voice, internet, wireless, and technology services to customers who rely on us to stay connected to what matters most.

This hybrid position offers the perfect balance between collaborative in-center work and remote flexibility. You'll report to our state-of-the-art facility at 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082, working on-site 3-4 days per week and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. This arrangement allows you to benefit from team collaboration while enjoying the flexibility of home-based work.

In this full-time position (40 hours/week), you'll work a set schedule that includes breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

Our Richardson location offers a modern, professional workspace equipped with the tools and resources you need to succeed. When working remotely, you'll have the equipment needed to stay connected—including keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and more provided by arenaflex.
