About the Role

Were hiring a PPC Specialist (Google + Meta) to plan, launch, and optimise high-performing paid campaigns for local service businesses (e.g., painting contractors). Youll own full-funnel performance on Google Ads and Meta Ads, turning data into decisions that drive qualified leads, lower CPL, and improve ROI.

KPIs & Expectations

  • Hit or beat target CPL and ROAS across Google + Meta
  • Consistent weekly lead volume and pipeline growth for local services
  • Rigorous A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
  • Clear weekly reporting with insights and next steps (not just numbers)
  • Perfect campaign hygiene and documentation in our PM/CRM stack

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Search/Performance Max, Meta Lead/Conversion campaigns
  • Do keyword research, audience building, and competitor analysis
  • Write compelling ad copy; brief or iterate on visuals; align landing pages for conversion
  • Run structured experiments (bids, budgets, placements, creatives, LPs)
  • Monitor budgets daily; reallocate spend to highest-return segments
  • Report performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
  • Stay current on platform updates and roll out new features tactically

Tools you'll use: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), AgencyAnalytics.
