Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday and Weekday of choice.

Territory: Arlington, Alexandia City, Alexandia, Falls Church, Mt. Vernon, Kingstown, Lorton, Springfield, Fairfax, Burke, Woodbridge, Stafford, Manassas, Dumfries, Fairfax Station.

SUMMARY:

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician within specified geographical territory. The PT educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The PT is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.

Health Requirements: Must be able to meet all physical position requirements.  Evidence required of a current negative tuberculin skin test or x-ray or receive TB testing at the date of orientation.  Thereafter an annual tuberculin skin test is required, unless the employee has documentation of a previous TB test.  Employee must be free of physical/medical conditions, which would limit or restrict their ability to perform the job functions listed below. Employees in this position may be at risk for exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
