As a compassionate and experienced clinician, you will work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover, regain mobility, and return to the activities they love.
Requirements
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, following each patient's care plan.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, and the use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetics.
- Apply physical modalities including heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and massage to relieve pain and restore function.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist and care team.
- Document care accurately and on time, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Perform other duties as required for patient services.
