As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our partners to drive successful cloud solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive successful cloud solutions. Develop and implement strategies for maximizing partner engagement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue partnership opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to partners on cloud computing solutions and best practices. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential partnership opportunities. Develop and manage partner performance metrics and KPIs. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts. Act as a brand ambassador for the Red Hat Squad and promote our offerings to partners. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the cloud industry. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities with partners. Drive partner enablement activities, such as events, webinars, and workshops. Monitor and report on partner sales, revenue, and performance.
