Description:
• Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls per day with prospective clients interested in executive recruitment services.
• Guide each inquiry through a structured qualification framework to confirm fit and determine hiring needs.
• Clearly communicate the value of recruitment solutions by focusing on business impact and ROI.
• Listen actively, ask insightful questions, and maintain a highly professional demeanor in every client conversation.
• Capture key requirements and insights, then transition qualified prospects to the recruiting team seamlessly.
• Provide timely follow-up to leads and newly onboarded clients and answer questions as needed.
• Coordinate with administration to document next steps, timelines, and expectations.
• Record call notes, statuses, and next steps in the CRM and Slack immediately after each interaction.
• Track personal pipeline metrics and recommend process improvements to increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of success in full-cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales with a track record of closing service engagements.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills that translate complex hiring solutions into client-friendly language.
• Strong active listening and qualification skills, including the ability to use probing questions and summarize key points.
• Ability to interpret data and client feedback quickly and propose practical process improvements.
• Comfort navigating CRM platforms, Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office software to log notes and track pipelines.
• Ability to manage time independently and consistently deliver on agreed KPIs from a professional home office.
• At least 25+ years of previous work experience.
