Job description: Part-Time Inside Sales Administrative Support/Customer Service opportunity!
- Initially 8 hours/week, could grow into more hours
- Flexible schedule, ideally one 4-hour day early in the week and one 4-hour day later in the week
- One day in-office, one day potentially remote
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations
- Assist the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
- Monitor and support manufacturer sales reps and distributors
- Effectively use Microsoft Office to: communicate via email; maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files; analyze customer data
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication
- Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills/MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Expected salary: $20 per hour
