We're seeking a passionate and driven Part-time Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers at Protect My Pet. As a remote team member, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a fast-paced environment with huge scope for progression.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries, identifying areas for process improvement, and continually developing your knowledge of our treatments and services. If you're passionate about pets and pet health, and have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!


Role Purpose:

The Customer Experience Specialist role is a crucial part of our team, aiming to assist, delight, and reward our customers. Monday to Thursday/Friday, 16-20 hours per week, 10 am-2 pm daily. Salary displayed FTE (full-time equivalent) per annum, pro-rata to hours worked.
