The Customer Care Representative – Retirement Services is the frontline voice of careerzynith. You will be the trusted guide who helps callers navigate claim status, understand policy details, and resolve service inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Management: Answer a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders, employees, brokers, and claimants, delivering courteous and accurate assistance.
- Information Translation: Communicate complex policy and claim information in plain language that callers can easily understand.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of inquiries, from claim status updates to policy clarification, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Ownership & Timeliness: Take full ownership of each interaction, following up on open tickets, report requests, and any outstanding issues until resolution.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a call‑center environment or comparable customer‑service role.
- Demonstrated ability to work the designated shift of 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying technical information.
