We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join Finch's global team on a part-time contract basis. This is not an execution-only role: we need someone with a genuine point of view on paid social, who can operate independently, think in outcomes, and deliver results without heavy direction. Responsibilities
Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization
Contribute to creative strategy: review assets and provide performance-based feedback, not just media buying decisions
Monitor campaign performance proactively and flag issues before they escalate
Collaborate asynchronously with a globally distributed team, maintaining clear and concise communication throughout

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in paid social, with Meta Ads as your core platform
Experience with other platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus
Background in DTC or e-commerce: you understand both performance and brand objectives
Experience operating as a freelancer, contractor, or in a lean team without heavy structure
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
