Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking a dedicated, articulate, and empathetic Online Chat Representative – Digital Customer Engagement & Support Specialist to join our growing remote support team. In this vital role, you will serve as the digital voice of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service through live online chat to current and prospective clients, families, students, and community members. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Online Chat Supervisor and working under general supervision, the Online Chat Representative will be responsible for the following core duties and expectations:
