Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations
Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles (Ford experience = bonus!)
Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication
Work independently while staying connected to our dealership team
Keep accurate records & maintain high safety and service standards

1+ year of experience as a technician (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)
ASE Certification required (Ford FSA a big plus!)
Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
Great communication and customer service mindset
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility
