Moving Help Phone Agent – Part Time

Job Description: • Supports customers in a high-volume call center environment via phone, chat, and email • Helps customers book, edit, reschedule, and/or cancel Moving Help services • Resolves customer concerns efficiently • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times • Responds promptly to customer inquiries • Processes, rebooks, and modifies orders • Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process • Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset, while expressing sympathy, empathy and compassion • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills • Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once • Active and attentive listening • Experience working with customer support Benefits: • Robust wellness benefits, events, and resources to help team members become the happiest and healthiest they can be.
