Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus + exceptional benefits

We're seeking a strategic, ambitious media buying leader to support our paid media engine across multiple channels. You'll have the opportunity to help architect and scale a paid media strategy across Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, Applovin, and more. Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute multi-platform paid social media strategies (Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Applovin etc.).
• Test and scale emerging channels to drive growth and engagement.
• Set and optimize channel KPIs to hit performance targets.
• Analytics, Reporting & Attribution:
• Use multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Incrementality tools) to evaluate campaigns, tracking ROI and brand metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights to optimize spend and strategy.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership.
• Innovation & Testing:
• Stay current on paid media, social advertising and attribution trends to keep the brand competitive.
• Test and optimize new channels and formats to expand reach and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
• Meta Ads Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing mid-6-figure ($300k+/month spend) Meta ad campaigns with a deep understanding of targeting, creative strategy, and optimization techniques.
• Attribution Tools Experience: Proficiency with multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) to track and analyze cross-channel performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Strong grasp of how ad creative, landing pages, and conversion experience work together, with experience optimizing the complete customer journey from click to purchase.
Required Skills:
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
• AI Applications: Understanding of how AI can improve creative testing, targeting, and campaign optimization.
