Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Mechanical Assembly Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team at an early stage. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided to ensure success in the role. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies in accordance with technical drawings and specifications • Interpret CAD models, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and proper fit • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment to fabricate or modify parts as needed • Partner with engineering teams to provide feedback that improves design for manufacturability and assembly efficiency • Perform functional testing and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure proper operation • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, modifications, and test results • Follow established quality, safety, and production standards throughout all assembly activities Qualifications: • Open to all experience levels; prior experience in mechanical assembly or related work is a plus • 2+ years of mechanical assembly, testing, or troubleshooting experience preferred • Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Hands-on, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Effective verbal communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience working with CAD models or technical drawings • Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments • Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools
