Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in growing our brand, connecting with investors, and driving success in the multifamily real estate investment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (50%): Design and produce marketing materials (investor decks, brochures, presentations, case studies, tombstones, newsletters). Repurpose existing content and develop creative campaigns. Write compelling content for investors.
- Lead Management & Email Marketing: Manage and optimize ActiveCampaign. Create and analyze automated email campaigns. Maintain and grow the email list.
- Social Media Support: Assist in maintaining social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Coordinate and schedule posts. Support content repurposing for social media. Monitor engagement and basic metrics.
- (Growth Potential): Brand Development.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (preferably real estate or investment).
- Proficiency with ActiveCampaign (or similar CRM/email marketing platform).
- Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Descript, Adobe Suite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing design skills, including presentation materials and PowerPoint decks.
Nice-To-Have:
- Real estate content design experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate investment, multifamily properties, or finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Acrobat.
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social advertising.
