Marketing Coordinator

HUNTER is a recognized marketing communications firm that has been awarded for its workplace environment. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support integrated marketing campaigns and work closely with senior marketing leaders, providing essential project management and content creation support.

Responsibilities

• Help to manage the agency’s various social channels including producing digital content, drafting content calendars, and tracking performance insights/analytics
• Organize project needs, schedules, and timelines while providing essential project management support across all marketing initiatives
• Diligent organization skills required as you manage and file our continuously growing library of digital assets and marketing materials on the shared agency drive
• Keep agency awards calendar up to date and assist with submission packages and tracking award status updates
• Understand relevant industry trends, and use the information to inform content creation and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate agency credentials materials and RFI submissions and proof-read all final copy
• Assist with agency cultural initiatives and events

Skills

• B.A. in Marketing, Communications or related field
• One (1) to two (2) years previous experience (inclusive of internships) in marketing and social media services for an agency, media company or brand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Content Creation and Design skills are a plus
• Up-to-date understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), and how to best create content for these platforms
