- Have 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing professional in production, operations, quality and process engineering.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field from top US university.
- Have knowledge of tools, methodologies and standards such as ERP, MES, PLM, ISO etc.
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours.
