Manager, Revenue Operations - Go To Market

Job Summary
The Manager, Revenue Operations, owns the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end go-to- market (GTM) processes. Additionally, this position acts as the business process authority across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Lead revenue tooling, forecasting, analytics, and sales support operations, with a focus on scalability, predictability, and efficiency. The Manager, Revenue Operations, also manages members of the Revenue Operations team and drives cross functional execution.

Revenue Intelligence & Deal Health 
Sales Support & Case Management 
Sales Tools Ownership 
Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting 
  • Own revenue forecasting process and accuracy 
  • Define and prioritize GTM dashboards and reporting 
  • Monitor pipeline coverage, conversion rates, cycle time, rep productivity, and support performance 
  • Act on financial information that contributes to business profitability 
  • Build capacity and scenario models for headcount and growth planning

What you get as a Henry Schein One EmployeeThe posted range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
