Position Overview

The Manager, Grid Operations has dual responsibility for both leadership and coaching of Grid Operations resources and fulfilling billable hours for project work.


The Manager, Grid Operations oversees and provides support to Grid Operations team members focused on the advanced training of electric system operations. The Manager, Grid Operations is responsible for stepping into various roles on a client project and may be involved in front-end analysis, reviewing and consulting on as-is job responsibilities, on-the-job performance, work processes, and developing recommendations to improve operational performance. The position supports the design and development of training and evaluations for customers alongside Instructional Designers.


The Manager, Grid Operations partners with the Vice President, Grid Operations to support team culture, provide timely feedback, and support the professional development of team members. The Manager is viewed as a trusted resource by the internal team, leadership, and clients.

Bachelor of Science degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

The salary range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. A reasonable national base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD annually, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program of up to 12% of annual compensation, subject to individual and organizational performance. In addition to salary and bonus eligibility, Mosaic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, a Flexible Time Off program, paid holidays, a discretionary 401(k) match, and for US based employees, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
