Job Summary
We're looking for an imaginative, driven, and pioneering plan project lead to assist with building one of our most current purchaser confronting outreach groups. As a Manager, Design Services, you will be responsible for developing and driving our team of virtual design sales specialists who work with clients to create a home they love based on their individual budget, style, and space.
Key Responsibilities
- Make due, create and spur your group of virtual plan deals experts to meet or surpass deals, consumer loyalty and income targets.

What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a design-related environment.
- 3+ years of previous management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred, as well as knowledge of design instruments (AutoCad/Revit/other).
- Experience with overseeing and inspiring a virtual distributed group (preferred).
