Job Description

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing help and support through our online chat platform. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating the internet
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to address their queries and issues
- Provide accurate information about Amazon’s products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Document all interactions and solutions in the companys CRM system
