Licensed Sales Rep

PURPOSE

Own and grow the licensed sales business within a defined geographic territory, serving Texas A&M and Texas Tech as a key strategic partners. In this role, you will manage sell‑in, service, and ongoing account support while strengthening relationships, delivering consistent execution, and representing adidas with excellence across every touchpoint.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

DRIVE TERRITORY SALES PERFORMANCE
Manage top‑ and bottom‑line results using strong business acumen and retail math to achieve sales and booking targets.

LEAD SELL IN AND ACCOUNT EXECUTION
Deliver tailored product assortments, tools, and support materials that meet account needs and align with brand priorities.

BUILD STRONG ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIPS
Maintain trusted partnerships with accounts while acting as a key liaison between adidas teams and retail operations.

ENSURE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Manage orders, forecasts, reporting, credits, and claims with accuracy and timeliness to support smooth execution.

ACTIVATE PRODUCT AND BRAND EDUCATION
Support product launches, grassroots programs, and education sessions that showcase adidas technology and product leadership.
