What You'll Do
Assist clients with leisure travel inquiries, planning needs, and service requests

Help identify travel solutions that match client goals, preferences, and budgets
Support reservation coordination and assist with organizing trip details
Provide confirmations, schedules, travel information, and important updates
Assist with changes, special requests, and adjustments throughout the planning process
Review travel details and documentation to help maintain accuracy
Maintain organized client profiles, notes, and trip records using company systems
Utilize approved resources, supplier tools, and training materials to support client experiences
