About the Role In this entry-level position, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our clients and end-users, working directly with them through our live-chat platform. You will be part of a small team, working under the guidance of a team manager and in coordination with other departments at arenaflex. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing excellent customer service. Working Hours and Schedule We operate on a 24/7 schedule, and as a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will work on a rotation schedule, covering two shifts: 9 pm - 9 am CST and 9 am - 9 pm CST. This schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance and provides opportunities for professional growth and development. Primary Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps to provide effective technical support Collaborate with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve complex technical issues Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects Handle technical processes and explain them in a clear, concise manner to less-technical individuals Coordinate with developers to investigate and diagnose issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively A strong ability to establish good working relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions A quick learner, able to absorb technical skills and knowledge rapidly, with a strong understanding of mobile and online banking products Ability to manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Strong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and technical support specialists Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly advantageous: Experience in banking live-chat support, with a strong understanding of the industry and its technical requirements Previous experience in technical support, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues Familiarity with Dialogflow, with the ability to develop and implement conversational interfaces Experience with various mobile phone platforms, including iOS and Android, with a strong understanding of their technical capabilities and limitations Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of the US banking system, with a strong understanding of its regulations and technical requirements Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
