What You'll Do
As a Junior Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is providing excellent customer service through the quick and accurate processing of electronic submissions from our valued members. You will serve as a gatekeeper of data quality, comparing submitted information with source documents to verify accuracy and ensure all supporting documentation meets our established requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Member Submissions: Quickly and accurately enter, verify, and process data from electronic submissions received from arenaflex members across various channels.
- Data Validation: Compare entered data with original source documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring all information matches exactly as submitted.
- Documentation Review: Carefully review supporting documentation to confirm it meets specified requirements, flagging any issues for resolution.
- HIPAA Compliance: Handle personal and confidential member information with the utmost discretion, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's data protection policies.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of all member information, ensuring database integrity and easy retrieval when needed.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established daily processing quotas while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to specific instructions and standard operating procedures for each type of submission or data entry task.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless member service.
