Job Description
- Collaborate with marketing, design, advertising and product teams to align content with brand strategy and business goals.
- Create high-quality written, visual, graphic and video content for websites, product pages, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
- Understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling video content that lead to sales conversion.
- Brainstorming, executing the ideas and concepts through shooting and final delivery for social medias platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish content (text, image, video, and audio) for digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Thread.
- Monitor content performance and provide regular reports and recommendations based on analytics and audience feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital formats. Continuously research audience behaviour, social media trends and viral formats to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and style across all channels.
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- 2-5 years experience in content creation, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Travel to multiple outlets in Klang Valley, work remotely but require 2-3 days travelling to outlets weekly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
