We’re hiring a Full-time contractor Virtual Assistant / Junior Accountant to execute daily financial operations with precision, maintain real-time accuracy, and free up leadership to focus on forward planning and growth.

Maintain a clean, accurate, and real-time financial system through daily execution and reconciliation—ensuring leadership always has decision-ready data.
Perform nightly revenue reconciliations across systems
Manage and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Review and track expenses in Ramp (coding, follow-ups, accuracy)
Support Gusto payroll reviews and reporting checks
Assist in building and maintaining financial SOPs (e.g., “Payroll Bible”)
Generate daily and weekly reports for leadership visibility
Identify discrepancies and flag issues proactively
Maintain clean records across multiple entities
Execute administrative finance tasks to reduce leadership load
100% of nightly reconciliations completed on time and error-free
Financial data remains clean, organized, and audit-ready
Reduction in discrepancies and rework
Improved operational efficiency in finance workflows
Measurable time saved for leadership
3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Experience with Ramp, Gusto, or similar tools
High attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and proactive problem-solving
Organized, reliable, and execution-focused
Experience in hospitality, construction, or startup environments
Familiarity with automation tools or AI workflows
Experience supporting finance leaders
