MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Patch Management Specialist to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position. Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.
Requirements
- Conduct patch management process within the CASTLE-NET program
- Ensure desktops, laptops, and remote desktops are up-to-date with patches to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with CASTLE-NET policies
- Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Achieve goals and plans that meet project objectives
- Possess domain technical knowledge
- Interaction with senior management
- Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
- Deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support
- Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users
