Position Overview:
Caseload: Elementary students with special needs
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Swainsboro, GA
Key Responsibilities:
Offer personalized support to students with disabilities within a general education classroom.
Work alongside general education teachers to ensure students needs are met through appropriate accommodations and modifications.
Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Promote both academic success and social development for students.
Maintain detailed records of student progress and report regularly.
Qualifications:
Valid Georgia Special Education (SPED) License required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education required
Experience with elementary-aged students is preferred

Classroom Setting: Elementary school (onsite)
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Compensation: Competitive weekly pay, commensurate with experience
