As an Online Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality customer service through online chat, addressing guests' inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Actively listening to customers' concerns and needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding to ensure their expectations are exceeded
- Managing multiple chat conversations concurrently while maintaining excellent service quality and attention to detail
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions, ensuring information is entered correctly into the system for record-keeping and follow-up purposes
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers regarding hotel services, reservations, promotions, and events
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
