- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer service issues promptly and accurately, following established company guidelines and procedures. Develop creative solutions to address unique customer needs while ensuring outcomes that promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Claims Processing: Assist with order verification, damaged package claims, lost shipment investigations, and coordinate reshipments as needed. Document all interactions thoroughly in our customer service ticketing system to maintain accurate records.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Remote Experience: Must have at least six months of experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to thrive independently.
- Customer Service Background: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service positions, providing support through email, phone calls, chat, and social media channels.
