  • Maintain detailed documentation by tracking, recording, and retrieving customer information in our database systems, contributing to our collective knowledge base and ensuring continuity of care for every customer
  • Be a proactive problem-solver who digs deep to understand the root cause of issues, asks the right questions, and provides solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term customer satisfaction

  • Solid computer navigation skills and general PC knowledge, including proficiency with common software applications and operating systems

  • Professional home office setup including a quiet, distraction-free environment suitable for remote work
  • Reliable desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements for PC and internet testing
  • High-speed internet connection (wireless/hotspots or satellite internet are not suitable for this role) and a smartphone for communication
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence and work authorization

  • Previous technical support experience—preferably with hardware, software, or consumer electronics
