Role Summary
We are a growing MSP and cybersecurity firm supporting small to mid-sized businesses.
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support & Cybersecurity Technician with real-world experience in Microsoft 365 environments and remote user support.
This role is focused on IT support and security operations.
It is NOT a developer, data engineering, or AI/automation role.
You will work alongside a senior engineer to support client environments and help maintain stable, secure systems.
Core Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 administration (users, MFA, access, policies)
Remote support for end users (Windows / Mac environments)
Endpoint security management (Bitdefender or similar)
Work within RMM tools (NinjaOne or similar)
Secure onboarding and offboarding of users
Maintain patching, backups, and access control
Document issues and resolutions clearly
Required Experience
3+ years in IT support (MSP experience strongly preferred)
Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience
Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams
Solid understanding of:
MFA
Endpoint protection
User access control
Nice to Have
Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
Experience with endpoint security tools (Bitdefender, SentinelOne, etc.)
Exposure to compliance environments (legal, healthcare, financial)
Awareness of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) and their impact on data security
