Would you like to make a real contribution to the stability and development of our revenue assurance systems? In this role, you ensure that applications function reliably, are controlled in a data-driven manner and are continuously improving. You help us create a modern, efficient and optimally networked application landscape.

How you make a difference

  • In your role as an IntOps engineer, you ensure the productive operation and maintenance of the applications.

  • The agreed operational requirements are met at all times thanks to your forward-looking approach to work.

  • Under your supervision, ongoing application operations remain reliably under control, and you coordinate and monitor all activities.

  • You create customer-specific reports and statistics with key figures on business transactions and plan the installations for application releases.

  • You play an active role in the specification, testing and rollout of releases and support new functions end-to-end.

  • You independently manage services and systems in the field of revenue assurance – and in neighbouring PostBus units – and also handle sub-projects.

  • Acting as a digital agent, you provide fresh impetus and promote the automation and digitization of processes and systems.

What you have to offer

  • You have basic or advanced training in Informatics/Technology or Business Informatics (higher technical school, university of applied sciences) or a comparable qualification and certifications (ITIL, IREB, Scrum Safe) are an advantage.

  • You feel at home when analysing applications and their interfaces, as well as the underlying technologies.

  • Working on projects or managing sub-projects is part of your everyday professional life and is supported by appropriate knowledge of methods.

  • You quickly recognize complex operational relationships and implement the resulting requirements in a structured manner.

  • You are characterized by strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong focus on service.

  • You have good spoken and written German and good (oral) knowledge of English. Any other national language is an advantage.
