Inside Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about skincare and love building relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Consultant to join our team and support licensed beauty professionals by helping them grow their business through education, product knowledge, and exceptional service. 

In this remote role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts— you’ll use a consultative, education-driven sales approach, increasing product sell-through, expanding assortments, and driving customer success. No travel is required.

What you’ll do: 

Job Qualifications: 

● 1+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience; beauty, skincare, or wellness industry experience strongly preferred 

● Genuine passion for skincare and wellness, with a desire to support and educate licensed beauty professionals 

● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills—comfortable managing accounts via phone, video, and email 

● Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage and grow existing accounts independently 

● Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools; highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail 


Working Conditions: 

● Hybrid schedule supported, per company policy 

● Physical activities include sitting at a computer for long periods of time, using a telephone, using office equipment such as a copier, occasionally lifting small boxes of products or documents 

● Work may occur before/after normal business hours 

● Physical activities include carrying boxes, listening and speaking with clients, demonstrating product use, using computer and phone 

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role is $ 55,000-65,000

● PTO Accrual: 4.75-7.75 hours earned per pay period, based on tenure

● Holidays: 10 Company Paid Holidays & 2 Floating Holidays 

● Sick Leave: 2 hours earned per pay period, bank of 2 days to start, capped at 10 days 

● Bereavement Leave: Up to 6 days
