We’re looking for a full-time Service Call Center Representative to support a high-volume car dealership by making outbound calls, sending texts, and following up with customers about their vehicle service needs. This is a remote position that follows a US Eastern Time schedule.

This role is fast-paced, repetitive, and requires high-volume outbound calling (175+ calls per day)—so be ready to stay focused, follow scripts, and grind through a structured call list daily.
