IBA Accounts Assistant - 6 month FTC (remote or Manchester based)

Role can either be remote or Manchester based - 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) Responsibilities: • Management of own workload effectively prioritising activity to achieve targets and quality standards as per agreed objectives • Build & maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Support and assist other members of the IBA team to achieve departmental objectives • Fully investigate and resolve queries, including more complex queries, in a timely and accurate manner • Comply and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures • Identify and record breaches of policies and CASS 5 rules •  IBA Processing, Cash Management, Cash Allocation, Bank Reconciliations  Insurer & Bordereaux Reconciliation, Client Money Calculations, Client Refunds, Payment Processing, Debt Management Skills and Experience: •  2 + years of IBA experience within Insurance •  Good reconciliations and cash management knowledge •  Strong attention to detail and able to prioritise
