You do not need recruiting or healthcare experience. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the drive to learn. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
What You'll Do
• Recruit and interview healthcare professionals for a variety of medical positions.
• Build relationships with candidates by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Match qualified candidates with job opportunities that fit their experience and career goals.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with our sales team to help healthcare clients fill open positions.

Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Employ various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Thoroughly review and assess resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural alignment with client organizations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and unique requirements.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and professional communication.
• Present pre-qualified candidates to Account Managers and facilitate all stages of the interview and hiring process.
• Talent Matching:
• Skillfully match candidates with suitable job openings based on a comprehensive understanding of their qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
• Present candidates to clients in a persuasive manner, emphasizing their potential value to the organization.
• Candidate and Client Follow-Up:
• Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Address any questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Keep meticulous and organized records of candidate and client interactions, maintaining up-to-date information in the agency's database.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and ethical standards governing the recruitment industry.
