Coastal Medical Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. You do not need recruiting or healthcare experience. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the drive to learn. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, solving problems, and working toward goals, we'll teach you the recruiting side. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission What You'll Do • Recruit and interview healthcare professionals for a variety of medical positions. • Build relationships with candidates by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. • Match qualified candidates with job opportunities that fit their experience and career goals. • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process. • Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Work closely with our sales team to help healthcare clients fill open positions. Benefits • Competitive base salary • Uncapped commission • 80% employer-paid health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) with company matching • Remote work environment • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Opportunities for career growth and advancement Responsibilities • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: • Employ various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. • Thoroughly review and assess resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural alignment with client organizations. • Client Relationship Management: • Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and unique requirements. • Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and professional communication. • Present pre-qualified candidates to Account Managers and facilitate all stages of the interview and hiring process. • Talent Matching: • Skillfully match candidates with suitable job openings based on a comprehensive understanding of their qualifications, skills, and career aspirations. • Present candidates to clients in a persuasive manner, emphasizing their potential value to the organization. • Candidate and Client Follow-Up: • Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. • Address any questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. • Administrative Tasks: • Keep meticulous and organized records of candidate and client interactions, maintaining up-to-date information in the agency's database. • Ensure strict adherence to all legal and ethical standards governing the recruitment industry.
