Overview:
The Graphic Artist at Innova supports the creation and management of product and marketing assets across digital and physical channels.
This is a mid-level, execution-focused role responsible not only for producing high-quality creative work but also for maintaining consistency, accuracy, and organization of assets across our systems. The team member is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working within defined product specifications while contributing industry-leading creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Asset Creation
- Design and produce disc artwork aligned with product specifications and brand standards
- Create and update product and event related assets including product graphics, packaging, spec sheets, and supporting materials
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product visuals and outputs
- Prepare files for production with attention to detail and technical requirements
2. Marketing & Campaign Asset Production
- Create digital and print assets for website, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Adapt existing assets across multiple formats and channels
- Support seasonal, product launch, and always-on marketing initiatives
- Execute creative work within established brand and product guidelines
3. Workflow, Digital Asset Management (DAM), & File Organization
- Upload, tag, and organize assets within the company’s DAM system
- Maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structure
- Ensure all “final approved” assets meet internal standards before publishing
- Manage and prioritize incoming art requests through internal systems (e.g., Asana)
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce rework in asset creation
4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with marketing, product, and art teams to execute projects effectively
- Contribute ideas and solutions within project constraints
- Support the evolution of internal creative processes and asset standards over time
Experience:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or graphic artist
- Strong portfolio demonstrating production design, layout, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working within structured file systems and asset libraries
- Ability to follow technical specifications while maintaining visual quality
- Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred

Education:
- A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus (preferred)
