Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and technically curious Google Customer Success Specialist to join our growing customer experience organization. In this role, you will be the trusted technical point of contact for our clients, helping them adopt, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and related productivity tools. You will combine deep product knowledge with world-class customer service to ensure every interaction leaves clients feeling heard, supported, and empowered.

This is more than a support role. It is an opportunity to shape how thousands of professionals experience the Google ecosystem every single day. You will partner closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams, surface valuable customer insights, and play a direct role in driving long-term client success, retention, and expansion.
