Position Overview: Global Equity Consultant
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Global Equity Consultant to join our dynamic Total Rewards team at arenaflex. As a Global Equity Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing our equity-based compensation programs, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service to employees and stakeholders across the organization. What You'll Do for Us
As a key member of our Global Equity team, you will contribute to the effective management of our stock plan programs and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Equity Plan Compliance Monitoring: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies before they become issues.
- Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and timeliness.
- Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all transactions.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Award Grant Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, working closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field
- Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and understanding of interrelationships of data transfers
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
- Understanding of equity compensation accounting and reporting requirements
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment
