Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Global Equity Consultant to join our dynamic Global Equity team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our equity plan management operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellence in all aspects of our stock plan administration.

What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will contribute to a team that delivers comprehensive stock plan management across our global organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Audit and Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards with precision and timeliness, ensuring all transactions are executed in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
- Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Award Grant Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent participant experience.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance with internal controls.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the Global Equity team and the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and are ready to contribute to our mission of excellence in equity plan administration:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methodologies quickly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with specific familiarity with Workday preferred, including methods and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans.
- Working knowledge of equity compensation accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in multinational corporate environments with exposure to global equity plan administration.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms such as Fidelity, E*TRADE, or similar systems.

- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights that support business decisions.
- Accounting & Financial Acumen: Understanding of accounting principles as they relate to equity compensation, including knowledge of FAS 123R/ASC 718 preferred.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Dedication to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Incentive Plans Expertise: Knowledge of various equity compensation structures, including stock options, performance-based awards, and employee stock purchase plans.
- Payroll & Tax Compliance: Understanding of payroll processing and tax implications related to equity awards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Equities & Stock Plan Administration: Comprehensive knowledge of equity plan administration processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and geographic locations.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Meticulous approach to work with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology platforms and systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
