This role is responsible for strengthening that foundation and building the structure that allows it to scale consistently across centers and regions. About the Kabbalah Centre The Kabbalah Centre is a global spiritual organization dedicated to teaching the wisdom and practical application of Kabbalah. Through education, community programs, and conscious living tools, it supports people of all ages in creating meaningful change. Roots is the Centre’s developmental pathway from early childhood through young adulthood, including Parenting with Consciousness and the Bar and Bat Mitzvah journey. It provides a foundation for belonging, continuity, and long-term engagement with the community. Role Overview You will lead the global Roots ecosystem from early childhood through young adulthood, ensuring that the experience remains engaging, consistent, and grounded as it grows. This role sits at the intersection of program, community, and growth. It is responsible for translating an established vision into structure, systems, and execution across centers, while expanding participation and strengthening long-term engagement. Spiritual content and educational direction are guided by leadership. Your role is to build the framework, partnerships, and operational systems that allow that vision to reach more people and function consistently at scale. Key Responsibilities****Program Leadership and Continuity • Lead the global Roots journey across all age groups and regions • Ensure a cohesive and engaging developmental experience from childhood through young adulthood • Maintain alignment and continuity across in-person, regional, and digital formats Growth and Expansion • Drive participation and expand reach across centers and communities • Identify and develop new channels for engagement • Build scalable models that support consistent growth over time • Strengthen pathways that lead to long-term community involvement Partnerships and External Engagement • Develop relationships with schools, campuses, and community organizations • Identify opportunities for collaboration, fellowships, and high-impact experiences • Expand visibility and accessibility of Roots programming Program Structure and Systems • Design and implement operational systems that support consistency across centers • Establish clear formats, rhythms, and standards while allowing for local flexibility • Build repeatable models that can be adapted globally • Develop feedback loops and performance tracking Team Leadership and Coordination • Align and support coordinators and facilitators across regions • Establish expectations, communication flows, and accountability • Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, donor care, and leadership teams Community and Engagement • Strengthen community connection and belonging across age groups • Ensure programming remains relevant, engaging, and sustainable • Support the development of long-term participation pipelines Operations and Execution • Oversee program calendars, cycles, and rollout across centers • Manage budgets and support financial sustainability • Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and program continuity Who You Are You are a builder who combines strong execution with an understanding of community, development, and long-term growth. You bring • Experience building, growing, or scaling programs, initiatives, or organizations • Strong operational thinking and ability to create structure where it does not yet exist • Experience developing partnerships or expanding reach • Comfort working in evolving environments with multiple stakeholders • Ability to translate vision into consistent execution Experience in youth programming, education, or community building is a strong advantage, but not required.
