To make this real, we are looking for a Global CTO who doesn’t just “build tech”, but architects systems with purpose. This role is for someone who wants to leave a mark — not just ship features. Tasks - Own and shape the global tech vision of Sales for Future - Translate mission, strategy and impact goals into scalable technical architecture - Design and lead the development of: - Digital platforms & MVPs - Data & intelligence layers - Automation, AI & system integrations - Make smart build-vs-buy decisions and keep tech lean, modular and future-proof - Build and lead a distributed tech team (developers, partners, external studios) - Work closely with the Founder, Strategy, Sales and Impact teams - Ensure security, reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability - Act as co-creator, not a service provider — tech is core to the vision Requirements - Strong experience as CTO, Lead Architect, Tech Founder or Senior Engineering Leader - You think in systems, not just stacks - You can balance vision with execution - Startup / scale-up mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership - Experience with: - Platform architectures - Cloud infrastructure - APIs, data systems, automation, AI-ready setups - You care about what technology does to society, not only what it can do - You are direct, honest, curious and outcome-oriented - You don’t need permission to think big — but you can also build step by step Formal degrees matter less than clarity, judgment and integrity.
