Wyylde is building a high-growth challenger brand at the intersection of dating, adult social media, and modern sexual culture. We are scaling a platform designed for self-discovery, shared exploration, liberté créative and real-world connection, with strong ambitions for international growth. We’re looking for an International Growth & Business Development Lead to build market traction through lead generation, partnerships, local opportunity sourcing, and measurable growth execution. You’ll join a founding growth team at one of the industry’s fastest-growing dating and adult social media platforms, helping unlock new growth channels, support market launches, and drive measurable user acquisition.

The role

You will work across both sides of the marketplace:

Your job is to help turn expansion into a measurable and repeatable growth system. You will work closely with Central Marketing, especially SEO/CRM, Paid Media, Partnerships, Social & Content + earned media agency, to turn local market insight into stronger acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and resurrection performance. This role brings local market intelligence and execution inputs, while central strategy and channel ownership remain with Central Marketing and specialist agency partners.
